Here is where we lay it all out on the line. A listing of our policies concerning returns, shipping and handling, taxation, and our green effort - sustainable sourcing and the use of non-toxic materials and the ongoing process of trying to make everything here in the US.

RETURNS

The DWT Industries 100% Guarantee. Everything we sell is fully guaranteed. If you're not satisfied, whatever the reason, return the item to us for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

We ship our U.S. orders via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise requested including backorders and exchanges. PO box deliveries ship via USPS Mail. Please allow three to five business days for domestic delivery, 10-14 business days for shipping of international orders. Customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs on international orders.

Overnight and 2-Day delivery may be available for orders placed weekdays by 1:00 p.m. PST. Call 949-412-5761 for information on availability of your item. Our customer service hours are 10:00 to 6:00 PST, Monday through Friday.

Please note: We recommend an express service when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, as ground service may take up to three weeks.

Our $2.50 processing charge compensates us for the cost of processing an order, handling and packaging the products purchased.

SALES, LOCAL, AND LUXURY TAXES:

We are required by law to collect sales tax on deliveries to California where we are located.

All Other States: No sales tax charged.

GREEN THINKING

Sustainable Sourcing

Every step of the way we are trying to choose and source materials to use in our products which will impact the environment as minimally as possible. For instance the wood  used is sustainably harvested Poplar from managed forests in the US and the mulberry paper is made from the bark of the Sa Tree in Thailand which is fast growing and is a ecologicalically harvestable forest crop. We will always choose packing materials that use recycled content. DWT Industries is committed to finding materials for use that are as green as possible.

Non Toxic Materials

DWT Industries is equally committed to eliminating unnecessary harmful chemicals form our product line. The use of adhesives, wood finishing products and any other potentially harmful chemicals have been kept to an absolute minimum and environmentally friendlier substitutes chosen when available. This is an ongoing process here at DWT and in each generation of products the process will become cleaner and safer both for the consumer and the manufacture process.

MADE IN THE USA

Here at DWT Industries, we are especially interested in making as many of our products right here in the states. Right now the Northern Night Lights are made with wood products grown and made in the US, assembled here in the country and only a few parts have not been sourced from American manufacturers. We tried to get lamp cord sets domestically but when the shipment arrived the product had been made in China! Even the brads are made in China.
